Pretty canary yellow color with a touch of gold, very clear. Complex nose: spicy (cinnamon and nutmeg) then dominant Mediterranean fruits (pears, peaches and apricots). The palate is quite round and pretty, velvety, before a touch of freshness characteristic of the vintage.

Tasting tips


Consumed at a temperature of 7 to 8 ° C, this wine for conversation and indulgence will go well with many dishes:

  • Goose or duck foie gras, half cooked or pan-fried
  • A salad of gizzards and duck breasts
  • Poultry, white meats, or certain tender-fleshed fish, all served with a creamy Coteaux de l’Aubance reduction sauce
